Phoebe Katis is a UK-born, NYC-based artist blazing her own trail through the music world. Known for her lush vocal harmonies, infectious melodies, and lyrics that radiate honesty and self-awareness, she's stepping into a thrilling new chapter with her fifth studio album. A Coming of Age — arriving September 2025 — is a raw, radiant, and unapologetically genre-less kaleidoscope of songs, spanning pop bangers, Broadway ballads, and a whole lot of songwriting mastery in between.
She first made a name for herself writing and performing the theme song "All of My Life" for the BAFTA and BIFA-winning film Kilo Two Bravo in 2014. She went on to work and tour extensively with Grammy-nominated funk guitarist Cory Wong, with whom she co-produced her first three albums. Phoebe's extensive touring history spans the USA, Europe, and the UK — both as a support act and guest vocalist (Cory Wong, Sam Greenfield), and as a lead performer in The Carole King & James Taylor Story, showcasing her extensive musical knowledge, piano skills, and vocal adaptability.
Her wide-ranging creative collaborations include Mr Talkbox, Bill Wurtz, Dave Koz, Scary Pockets, Sam Greenfield, and members of Stephen Colbert's Late Show Band, Louis Cato, and Jon Lampley. She has performed on UK platforms such as BBC Introducing and BBC Woman's Hour, appeared at festivals like the Montreal Jazz Fest (2024, as guest vocalist with Cory Wong) and Glastonbury, and played at iconic venues including The Troubadour (LA) and The Elgar Room at the Royal Albert Hall (London).
In 2024, Phoebe released Good Days, the first single from her upcoming album, which landed on BBC Introducing with Radio 1's Abbie McCarthy and racked up over 300,000 TikTok views. Her follow-up, Kindred Lover (featuring jazz-funk saxophonist Sam Greenfield), hit #2 on Spotify's Nu-Funk editorial and was featured on Tidal's New Arrivals: Pop. Her third single, I'm a Kid — produced by the world-building Bill Wurtz and accompanied by a suitably unhinged music video — is blowing minds across music and internet communities alike.
Her new record is a messy, musical, vibrant, and emotionally charged collection of songs. Self-produced in collaboration with an impressive cast of co-creators, A Coming of Age is Phoebe's most personal and creatively liberated project to date — a statement in favour of artistic freedom and emotional truth in a world obsessed with boxes, labels, and easy definitions. This album marks not just a return, but a reawakening — and a bold step forward in a career defined by fearless reinvention.

In 2019, Phoebe Katis received a shortlist grant for the Drake YolanDa Award, where she competed with 200 entries and was judged by a stellar panel of industry judges.
